Now that’s a Gate!

This gate was made for one of our valued client’s properties, and demonstrates an excellent team effort by Di Candilo and our trusted partners.

A quick breakdown on how this was done

1. Client provides guidelines, sketches and dimensions of what they would like
2. Programming team creates a compatible CAD drawing in preparation for cutting
3. All panels and brackets were laser cut, structural tubes were bandsaw cut
4. Fabrication and powder coating provided by our partners
5. Delivery via HIAB

Materials used

• 3 x lengths 8m of 100x50x3 rhs
• 2 x 8m lengths 8m of 50x25x3 rhs
• 8 x 3mm Aluminium panels each measuring 908mm L x 1360mm W
• 100 x 5mm gr250 brackets each measuring 25mmx35mm with hole
• Stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers as needed
